Banksoft supports its products in three support modes:


Staff Support

    Staff support is 16 hours emergency service for direct communication with IT departments of client companies. Staff support offers three options:
  • Hot line support from emergency IT staff members from Banksoft;
  • Online software components upgrade;
  • Travelling emergency staff, providing directly services on installation, staff education and tuning/upgrading installed applications for clients with online access problems


Documentation support

    Documentation support is provided by two sources:
  • System Administration Guides, User References and User Guides, provided as part of Banksoft products;
  • Online library with all documentations for all products, including last updates. The Online Banksoft Library is accessible through Banksoft Web Portal after user idenrification and registration.


Online Support

    Online support is provided through Banksoft Web Portal. Online support includes:
  • Online Library Service
  • Forum & FAQ service for IT departments of Banksoft clients
  • E-mail service, connected with all Banksoft staff members. This is a special e-mail service, accessible after registration
